1. Our Commitment
Zentro is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the service. Zentro's Terms of Use prohibit exploiting children, distributing child sexual abuse material, and grooming minors. Zentro's minimum age requirement is 13; these standards do not change the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Use.
2. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Zentro prohibits content or conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); sexual exploitation of children; grooming or attempts to sexually exploit minors; sexual solicitation involving minors; requesting, producing, sharing, distributing, or promoting CSAM; content that facilitates or encourages child sexual abuse or exploitation; and other conduct that endangers children.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report a concerning account from that contact's profile or information screen using the in-app Report contact flow and selecting Child safety concern. Users can also report a message from its message actions. The contact-report flow lets the user provide details and choose whether to include recent messages and contact profile information.
Child-safety concerns may also be sent to the contact listed below. Please provide the relevant account identifier or content location and a concise description. Do not email or redistribute suspected illegal imagery.
4. How Zentro Responds
Reports are submitted to Zentro for review. Zentro may assess a report and the information available to it, investigate suspected violations, and take appropriate action when its rules are violated. A report is a concern for review and is not, by itself, a finding that an allegation is proven.
5. Content and Account Enforcement
As described in Zentro's Terms of Use, possible action may include restricting or removing content, limiting account features, suspending or terminating an account, preserving relevant information, or reporting information to authorities where legally required. The action taken depends on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
6. Compliance With Applicable Law
Zentro responds to child-safety concerns in accordance with applicable laws and legal obligations. Where required by law, Zentro may preserve information or report or disclose information to appropriate authorities. This statement does not represent a certification or a special relationship with any authority.
7. Child Safety Contact
Zentro's designated child-safety contact is [email protected]. Child-safety concerns and questions about Zentro's prevention standards may be directed to this contact.
8. Immediate Danger or Emergency Reporting
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services or law-enforcement authority. Zentro is not an emergency service; do not rely on an in-app report for an emergency response.
