Acceptance of Terms
Zentro is provided by PrivateLine plc. By creating an account, accessing, or using Zentro, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Zentro.
Eligibility and minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zentro. You must only use Zentro from countries where Zentro is officially supported. Registration availability may depend on country, service availability, law, regulation, sanctions, or operational requirements.
Account registration and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, the activity on your account, and keeping your sign-in method secure. You must not create deceptive accounts, sell accounts, share credentials without authorization, or use another person’s account without permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Zentro to bully, harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame, exploit, abuse, impersonate a person, business, or public official, create deceptive identities, create fraudulent accounts, send spam, send repeated unsolicited messages, operate scams, engage in phishing, send malicious links, distribute malware, steal credentials, request passwords, promote fake giveaways, request gift cards deceptively, promote fraudulent investments, conduct pyramid schemes, conduct money laundering, facilitate illegal financial activity, distribute deceptive cryptocurrency schemes, deceive users into transferring money, encourage violence, glorify terrorism, support violent extremist organizations, encourage self-harm, exploit children, distribute child sexual abuse material, groom minors, distribute non-consensual sexual content, distribute intimate content without permission, publish hate speech, target protected groups, promote discrimination, facilitate human trafficking, facilitate illegal weapons sales, facilitate illegal drug transactions, organize criminal activity, infringe copyright, distribute pirated content, steal trademarks, misuse another person’s identity, dox another person, collect personal data unlawfully, scrape user data, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, interfere with servers, attack APIs, overwhelm infrastructure, bypass rate limits, circumvent moderation, evade suspension, recreate accounts to avoid bans, misuse automated tools, use bots for spam, attempt unauthorized access, use Zentro in unsupported countries contrary to service rules, or use Zentro for conduct prohibited by applicable law.
Consequences may include content restriction, account limitation, temporary suspension, permanent termination, device or session revocation, preservation of evidence, and reporting to authorities where legally required. Flagged conduct is reviewed according to available information and is not automatically treated as proven criminal activity.
Private and confidential information
Users must not share another person’s private or confidential information without permission. Examples include phone numbers, home addresses, email addresses, identification documents, bank information, payment details, passwords, private account credentials, medical information, private photographs, intimate content, employment records, confidential business records, live-location information, and other sensitive personal data. You are responsible for having permission to share content involving another person.
User-generated content
You are responsible for the messages, media, files, reactions, edits, profile details, and other content you send or publish. Zentro may preserve, restrict, review, or remove content where needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or service integrity.
Intellectual property
Zentro, its name, visual identity, website, and service design are owned by PrivateLine plc or its licensors. You retain responsibility for content you submit, but you grant Zentro the permissions needed to operate, deliver, store, display, and protect the service.
Service availability and third-party services
Zentro depends on networks, app stores, device permissions, Apple APNs and PushKit, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Agora, hosting, storage, and other infrastructure. Service interruptions can happen, and some features may be unavailable in certain countries, devices, networks, or operating-system states.
Suspension, termination, and account deletion
Zentro may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, or cannot be supported operationally. Users may initiate account deletion inside the app from Settings, Privacy, Delete Account. Some records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and changes
Zentro is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. PrivateLine plc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PrivateLine plc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Zentro. You agree to be responsible for losses caused by your misuse of Zentro or violation of these terms where legally appropriate.
Zentro may update the service, Privacy Policy, and these Terms of Use. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law: the governing-law jurisdiction has not been confirmed. PrivateLine plc should add the correct jurisdiction after legal review before relying on a governing-law clause.
